Vocational modern industry college is a new type of educational model derived from the integration of industry and education,and school enterprise cooperation.Modern industrial colleges are an important carrier and platform for achieving the integration of vocational education and industry,which can promote and empower school education with modern industries.It is of great significance in helping students find high-quality employment and promoting the healthy development of industry and enterprise technology.The article conducts in-depth research on enhancing the employability of students in modern vocational colleges from three dimensions:necessity,existing problems,and strategies,and proposes solutions.The research results have good reference significance for improving the development quality of modern industrial colleges.
