摘要

劳动教育是高校培育时代新人的重要路径,是贯彻落实"三全育人"综合改革理念的有效抓手.基于"三全育人"理念深入研究高校劳动教育相关问题,系统折射出高校劳动教育工作还存在教育主体缺位、教育过程间断、教育方位残缺等问题.创新"三全育人"理念下高校劳动教育模式,需要构建全员协同机制、全过程联动机制、全方位融合机制.

Abstract

Labor education is an important path for newcomers to cultivate the era of colleges and universities.It is an effective starting point for implementing the concept of the comprehensive reform of the"San Quan education".Based on the in-depth study of the"San Quan education"concepts,the system reflects the lack of educational subjects,interruption of education,and disability in education.Under the concept of innovation of the"San Quan education"concept,the labor education model of colleges and universities needs to build a full-work mechanism,the entire process linkage mechanism,and a comprehensive integration mechanism.
