Research on the Talent Training Mode of Integration of Ideological Education and Innovation&Entrepreneurship in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Knowledge,Emotion,Will Power and Practice
As the cradle of cultivating application-oriented innovative talents,vocational colleges undertake the historical mission of"educating people for the Party and the country",and urgently need to explore a new path of integrating ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on this,combined with the characteristics of vocational colleges,the connotation of"integration of ideology and entrepreneurship"is the deep integration of"professional thinking ability+innovation and entrepreneurship education"on the basis of"ideological and political education+innovation and entrepreneurship education".To this end,a step-by-step and progressive"integration of ideology and entrepreneurship"talent training model has been constructed from four dimensions:knowledge,emotion,will power and practice.The"school+enterprise+platform"trinity system of"integration of ideology and entrepreneurship"implementation plan has been proposed,aiming to cultivate a group of new era compound talents who not only have profound professional qualities,but also strong innovation and entrepreneurship spirit,complete personality,and comprehensive development.
