Research on the Construction of the"Double-Qualified"Teacher Growth Performance Evaluation System in Vocational Colleges
This paper is based on relevant policy documents issued by the state,and constructs a systematic,scientific,and sustainable performance evaluation system for the growth of"Dual Qualified"teachers in vocational colleges.In the process of selecting indicators,full reference has been made to the issued documents and literature,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)has been applied to verify the scoring of experts and scholars.This system provides a reference for the construction of the teaching staff team in vocational colleges,while also helping the self-development of"double-qualified"teachers.
