Research on the Path of Digital Literacy Training for Teachers in Vocational Colleges
Digital technology is a key factor driving current education reform,and digital literacy is one of the essential core competencies for future teachers.This study analyzes the relevant regulations on digital literacy for teachers at home and abroad,the definition of the connotation and characteristics of digital literacy for teachers in vocational colleges,and the difficulties and causes faced by digital literacy for teachers in vocational colleges.On this basis,the article focuses on updating educational concepts,reshaping teacher role cognition,strengthening resource support,creating diversified digital technology training platforms,constructing a diversified evaluation system,and forming an effective feedback loop mechanism.It is aimed to explore the implementation path of digital nurturing for vocational college teachers deeply.
