职业教育校企合作长效机制研究——基于扎根理论的分析

目前,我国职业教育校企合作长效机制构建缺乏实施层面的细则和内容建设.从微观主体视角出发,运用扎根理论,对江苏省职业院校及其合作企业等直接参与主体展开调研,得出校企合作"主体性政策'闭环'""保障性细则'落地'"是长效机制构建的基础与关键.应调研基层实施情况,把脉直接参与主体的核心诉求;梳理已有主体性政策制度,健全其在微观实施层面的制度体系;推进保障性政策制度建设,强化培训、激励、评价、奖惩细则的"落地性".
Study on Long-Term Mechanism of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Education—Analysis Based on Grounded Theory
At present,the construction of long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education in China lacks detailed rules and content construction at the implementation level.Starting from the perspective of micro entities and using grounded theory,this study investigates the direct participants of vocational colleges and their cooperative enterprises in Jiangsu Province.It is concluded that the"closed loop"policy of subjectivity and the"implementation"of protective regulations in school enterprise cooperation are the foundation and key to the construction of a long-term mechanism.We should investigate the implementation situation at the grassroots level and identify the core demands of directly participating entities,sort out existing subjectivity policy systems and improve their institutional system at the micro implementation level,promote the construction of protective policies and systems,and strengthen the implementation of training,incentives,evaluation,and reward and punishment rules.
