Influencing Factors and Mechanism Construction of Bidirectional Flow of Talents Between Vocational Colleges and Enterprises from the Perspective of Push-Pull Theory
Bidirectional flow of talents between academia and industry is a crucial measure to deepen school-enterprise collaboration and foster high-level dual-qualified teaching teams.Based on the analytical framework of push-pull theory, this study examines how the bidirectional flow of talents in China's school-enterprise setting is influenced by eight push-pull factors:institutional push, corporate pull, institutional stickiness, corporate resistance, corporate push, institutional pull, corporate stickiness, and institutional resistance,as well as intermediate factors such as policy environment and spatial-temporal conditions.By analyzing the influencing factors of bidirectional flow of talents between vocational colleges and enterprises, following the logic of"strengthening push-pull forces, weakening viscosity-repulsion forces, and overcoming intermediate obstacles",mechanisms for bidirectional flow of talents can be constructed from five aspects:incentive mechanisms, selection mechanisms, management mechanisms, evaluation mechanisms, and safeguard mechanisms.
