Influencing Factors and Guiding Strategies of Students'Employability Under the Integration of Production and Education in Chengdu Higher Vocational Colleges
The main purpose of carrying out production-education integration education in higher vocational colleges is to improve students'employability and achieve high-quality employment.This paper takes students from three higher vocational colleges in Chengdu as samples and collects indicator data of students'employability under production-education integration training by means of questionnaire survey.Based on the correlation and regression analysis of the questionnaire data based on the online SPSSAU system,the linear regression equation of influencing factors of students'employability under the integration of production and education in Chengdu higher vocational colleges was obtained,and the relevant guidance strategies for the integration of production and education in Chengdu higher vocational colleges were proposed to provide reference for the integration of production and education in Sichuan higher vocational colleges.
