Analysis of the Construction,Management and Operation Path of the"1+N"Public Training Base—Taking Tangshan City as an Example
The construction of public training bases is an important platform and supporting force for cultivating high-quality talents,promoting regional economic development,serving social welfare,and promoting industrial upgrading and innovative development.The project team studied the current situation and existing problems of the construction and operation of public training bases at home and abroad.Taking the industrial structure and regional characteristics of Tangshan City as an example,they proposed the construction ideas,management models,and operation paths for creating a"1+N"type public training base;Summarized the operational ideas of implementing"diversified training business"and"multi-mode operation management"in the operation mode;At the same time,a suggestion was put forward to introduce a performance appraisal system in the management mode.
