地方红色文化在高职院校人才培养过程中发挥着独特的育人功能,与"大思政课"在育人目标和育人内容上高度契合.地方红色文化为教学提供了生动的素材和丰富的实践载体,但高职院校在"大思政课"的建设过程中尚未能满足学生的学习需求,地方红色文化的融入效果一般.新时代地方红色文化融入高职院校"大思政课"要在政治性、主体性、协同性等原则的指导下,通过多元主体协同、多重措施并举、多样课堂联动,锻造一支能将地方红色文化讲透的教师队伍,在理论课堂、网络课堂和实践课堂中有机融入地方红色文化,加强校内校外、线上线下的地方红色文化资源整合,厚植"三全育人"的思政根基.
Exploration of the Practical Path of Integrating Local Red Culture into"Big Ideological and Political Course"in Higher Vocational Colleges—Taking East Guangdong as an Example
Local red culture plays a unique educational function in the process of personnel training in higher vocational colleges,which has a high degree of compatibility with"Big Ideological and Political Course"in the goal and content of education.Local red culture provides vivid materials and rich practical carriers for teaching,but at present,the higher vocational colleges in the region have not been able to meet the learning needs of students in the construction process of"Big Ideological and Political Course",and the integration effect of local red culture is not so good.The integration of local red culture into the"Big Ideological and Political Course"in higher vocational colleges in the new era should be guided by the principles of politics,subjectivity and coordination,and forge a team of teachers who can explain local red culture thoroughly through the coordination of multiple subjects,the simultaneous implementation of multiple measures and the interaction of various classes,and organically integrate local red culture into theoretical classes,online classes and practical classes.Strengthen the integration of local red cultural resources in and out of school,online and offline,and consolidate the ideological and political foundation of"Three complete education".
