Research on the Influence of Job Content on Vocational College Teachers'Job Burnout—the Mediating Role of Incentive Factors
This paper evaluates the job content,incentive mechanism and the degree of job burnout teachers in vocational colleges by questionnaire,aiming to explore the relationship between job content and teacher job burnout and the role of motivation in it.It is found that the job content and incentive mechanism of teachers in vocational colleges have a significant negative impact on teachers'job burnout.Incentive mechanism plays a partial intermediary role in the influence of work content on teachers'job burnout.There are significant differences in teachers'job burnout with different gender,age,education background and professional title.The promotion of material incentives is greater than that of spiritual incentives.Part of the influence of teachers'job content on teachers'job burnout in vocational colleges is through material incentives and spiritual incentives.
