工作内容对职业院校教师职业倦怠的影响研究——激励因素的中介作用

采用问卷调查的方式对职业院校教师的工作内容和激励机制以及职业倦怠的程度进行了评估,旨在探讨工作内容与教师职业倦怠的关系,以及激励在其中的作用.研究发现:职业院校教师的工作内容和激励机制均显著负向影响教师的职业倦怠情况;激励机制在工作内容影响教师职业倦怠中起到部分中介作用;不同性别、年龄、学历和职称的教师职业倦怠感存在显著差异;物质激励带来的促进作用要大于精神激励;职业院校教师的工作内容对教师职业倦怠的部分影响是通过物质激励和精神激励共同作用的.
Research on the Influence of Job Content on Vocational College Teachers'Job Burnout—the Mediating Role of Incentive Factors
This paper evaluates the job content,incentive mechanism and the degree of job burnout teachers in vocational colleges by questionnaire,aiming to explore the relationship between job content and teacher job burnout and the role of motivation in it.It is found that the job content and incentive mechanism of teachers in vocational colleges have a significant negative impact on teachers'job burnout.Incentive mechanism plays a partial intermediary role in the influence of work content on teachers'job burnout.There are significant differences in teachers'job burnout with different gender,age,education background and professional title.The promotion of material incentives is greater than that of spiritual incentives.Part of the influence of teachers'job content on teachers'job burnout in vocational colleges is through material incentives and spiritual incentives.
