在我国职业教育现代化过程中,职业教育应按照新质生产力发展的要求,将现代教育理念与中华优秀传统文化紧密结合,形成中国特色职业教育的独特理念.适应《中国教育现代化2035》的要求,我国职业教育应实行"知情意行合一"的人才培养模式、产业发展导向与学生发展导向相结合的办学模式、多元混合的学习方式、专兼并重的教学主体结构、注重个体增值的教育评价和双向开放的国际合作.墨家思想中"兼爱交利"、知行合一、俭约尚用、尚贤尚同等理念,以及多元交叉的特征,对于实现中国职业教育现代化具有重要文化价值.实现墨家思想在职业教育中的创新性发展,是中国职业教育走向世界的重要途径.
Mozi's Thought and the Modernization of Chinese Vocational Education Concept
To modernize China's vocational education,it is necessary to integrate modern educational concepts with excellent traditional Chinese culture according to the requirements of the development of new productive forces and form a unique concept of vocational education with Chinese characteristics.According to the requirements of China Education Modernization 2035,the modernization of vocational education in China should take the transformation of concepts as the forerunner,implement the talent training mode of"integration of knowledge,emotion and action",the school running mode combining industry development orientation with student development orientation,diversified and mixed learning methods,teaching subject structure emphasizing both specialization and generalization,educational evaluation focusing on individual value-added,and two-way open international cooperation.The concepts of"universal love and mutual benefit",integration of knowledge and action,frugality and utility,respect for talent and equality in Mohism,as well as its characteristics of diversified cross,have important cultural value for the modernization of China's vocational education.Realizing the innovative development of Mohism in vocational education is the only way for China's vocational education to go to the world.
