Employment is the most basic livelihood.At present,vocational colleges in Hebei province have problems such as unstable employment,and poor adaptability.Vocational colleges should adhere to a systematic approach while accurately grasping the connotation of high-quality and full employment.Through four paths of"for whom","who I am","who we unite with",and"who we point to",the level of high-quality and full employment work should be improved.
