The distribution of serum Irisin and Nrg4 in patients with coronary heart disease with different blood pressure circadian rhythms and their correlation with the disease severity
Objective To explore the distribution of serum Irisin and Nrg4 in patients with coronary heart disease with different blood pressure circadian rhythms and their correlation with the disease severity. Methods A total of 265 patients with coronary heart disease who visited our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as study subjects.According to the circadian rhythm of blood pressure, they were divided into group A(64 cases),group B(123 cases),and group C(78 cases). After grouping by the propensity score matching(PSM),58 cases were allocated in each group. The distribution of serum Irisin and Nrg4 in patients with coronary heart disease with different blood pressure circadian rhythms was explored, and their correlation with circadian rhythm of blood pressure in patients with coronary heart disease was analyzed by multiple linear regression.According to the severity of coronary artery disease, patients were further divided into mild group(n=65),moderate group(n=59),and severe group(n=50).The correlation of serum Irisin and Nrg4 with the severity of preeclampsia and coronary artery disease was analyzed through logistic regression. Results There were significant differences in mean systolic blood pressure,diabetes,lipoprotein-associated phospholipase a2(LP-PLA2),Irisin and Nrg4 in coronary heart disease patients of group A,B and C(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that serum Irisin and Nrg4 were negatively correlated with the circadian rhythm of blood pressure in patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting for confounding factors, the odds ratios(ORs)of serum Irisin and Nrg4 with the severity of coronary artery disease were 0.235(95%CI 0.078-0.724,P<0 05)and 0.176(95%CI 0.025-0.260,P<0.05),respectively.Irisin and Nrg4 were protective factors for the severity of coronary artery disease(P<0.05).The results of interaction analysis showed that there were multiplicative and additive interactions between serum Irisin and Nrg4.Conclusion Serum levels of Irisin and Nrg4 are negatively correlated with the circadian rhythm of blood pressure in patients with coronary heart disease, which are protective factors for the severity of coronary artery disease.
