Study on the application effect of optimized pre-hospital emergency procedure in emergency treatment of patients with respiratory failure
Objective To analyze and optimize the application effect of optimized pre-hospital emergency procedure in patients with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 100 patients with respiratory failure admitted from May 2020 to February 2022 were selected. They were randomly divided into control group(conventional emergency rescue procedures of disease assessment, oxygen supply and medication)and observation group(conventional emergency rescue procedures plus optimized pre-hospital emergency procedure). The incidence of emergency accident, emergency error rate and emergency satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Significantly higher survival rate(96.00%vs 76.00%)was detected in the observation group than that of control group(P<0.05).The mortality(4.00%)and the incidence of sequelae(12.00%)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After emergency treatment, the partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and pH of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group, and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was significantly lower(P<0.05).After emergency treatment, the percentage of forced expiratory volume in the first one second(FEV1%,[63.87±5.59]%),FEV1([1.81±0.15]L)and the ratio of the forced expiratory volume in the first one second to the forced vital capacity of the lungs(FEV1/FVC,[75.98±7.98]%)in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of emergency accidents and errors in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized pre-hospital emergency procedure applied to patients with respiratory failure can significantly improve the comprehensive quality, reduce the emergency error rate and the incidence of emergency accidents by medical staff in emergency department. It ensures life safety of patients, and significantly improves emergency treatment effect and survival rate, worthy of promotion.
