Application effect of cluster nursing intervention on preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after cervical cancer surgery
Objective To observe the preventive effect of cluster nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in postoperative cervical cancer patients. Methods A total of 100 cervical cancer patients treated with radical hysterectomy in the department of gynaecology from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of voluntary participation and informed consent, the subjects were randomly divided into routine group(routine nursing)and research group(cluster nursing intervention),with 50 cases in each group. Results The rate of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities in the research group was significantly lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Significantly higher Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score, and lower Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores were detected in the research group than those of routine group(P<0.05).Compared with those of routine group, patients in the research group presented significantly shorter length of stay, and higher disease cognition score and satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of cluster nursing intervention can better deepen patients'understanding of the disease, make them consciously avoid bad behaviors, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and negative emotions, shorten the length of stay, improve the quality of life, and win the satisfaction of patients.
