Objective To investigate the effect of Danshen tablet combined with nadroparin calcium injection on blood flow parameters of lower limb vein after hip fracture surgery.Methods A total of 108 patients who received hip fracture surgery in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were recruited.They were assigned into control group(n=54)and observation group(n=54)according to random number table.Medication was given after surgery.Nadroparin calcium injection was given to all patients,and those in the observation group were additionally managed by Danshen tablet.After 7 days of treatment,the diameter difference of affected legs before and 7 days after surgery was compared between the two groups.The Numeric Rating Scale(NRS)score,blood flow parameters of lower limb veins(common femoral vein,superficial femoral vein,deep femoral vein),thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),osteocalcin(BGP),and C-terminal cross-linked peptide of type Ⅰcollagen(CTX-1)were compared before and 7 days after surgery.The incidence of lower limb vein thrombosis and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results At 7 days after surgery,the diameter difference of affected leg was significantly lower and the NRS score was significantly higher than those before surgery in both groups,which were significantly pronounced in the observation group than those of control group(P<0.05).At 7 days after surgery,the parameters of common femoral vein,superficial femoral vein and deep femoral vein,TT,PT,APTT,BALP and BGP were significantly higher,while CTX-1 level was significantly lower than those before surgery in both groups,which were significantly pronounced in the observation group than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of lower extremity vein thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danshen tablets combined with nadroparin calcium injection can relieve the swelling and pain of patients after hip fracture surgery,accelerate the venous blood flow of lower limbs,reduce the blood hypercoagulability,improve bone metabolism indicators,and thus reduces the incidence of thrombosis.
