Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of psychological intervention based on the combination of Internet and medical care.Methods From January to December 2022,a total of 150 elderly with home-based care in the local were recruited.They were randomly divided into the control group(75 cases,routine guidance)and the intervention group(75 cases,Internet + medical care combined with psychological intervention)according to the computer random group.The scores of adverse emotions,loneliness,satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of the General Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7),the Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),the UCLA Loneliness Scale(ULS-8)and the Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS)(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of GAD-7,PHQ-9 and ULS-8 in the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the SWLS score was significantly higher(all P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention based on the combination of Internet and medical care is feasible to the elderly population,which can significantly improve bad emotions,relieve loneliness in life and ensure high service satisfaction.It is worthy of adoption.
