乳腺癌是目前全球女性恶性肿瘤发病率最高的一种疾病,是一种高度异质性疾病,可根据其不同分子指标表达分为 4 种分子亚型,具有不同的组织学、临床行为和预后特征.锡钙素-1(STC1)是一种分泌型糖蛋白激素,目前已被证实可调节钙和磷酸盐的稳态,STC1 在哺乳动物的各种组织中表达,并参与多种生理和病理生理过程.同时越来越多的证据表明STC1 在多种不同类型的肿瘤中起致癌作用.为了进一步理清STC1 与乳腺癌之间的关系,通过大量文献阅读及总结,总结分析了STC1 与乳腺癌现有的研究数据,探索STC1 与乳腺癌发生、发展、治疗预后等一系列的相关证据,并讨论其在乳腺癌各亚型中的潜在作用,为今后的研究找寻方向.
Breast cancer is one of the highly heterogeneous disease with the highest incidence of female malignant tumors in the world.It can be divided into four molecular subtypes according to the positive or negative expressions of certain molecules.Different subtypes of breast cancer present varied histological characteristics,clinical behaviors and prognostic characteristics.Stanniocalcin 1(STC1)is a secreted glycoprotein hormone that has regulates calcium and phosphate homeostasis.Moreover,STC1 is expressed in various tissues of mammals and involved in multiple physiological and pathophysiological processes.At the same time,increasing evidences have shown the carcinogenic role of STC1 in many types of human tumors.To identify the correlation between STC1 and breast cancer,we summarize existing research data about STC1 in breast cancer by literature review,explore the involvement of STC1 in the occurrence,development,treatment and prognosis of breast cancer,and its role in breast cancer subtypes.This review provides directions for the future research on breast cancer management.
