Objective To explore the impact of systematic nursing intervention on the quality of life and cancer-related fatigue of breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy.Methods A total of 60 breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy from January 2022 to December 2022 were recruited.They were randomly divided into control group and research group.Conventional nursing and systematic nursing were given to patients of control group and research group,respectively.Intervention effects were compared between groups.Results The mental health evaluation of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group,but the severity of cancer-related fatigue,quality of life scores,and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention for breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy improves the psychological state and quality of life,and reduces the severity of cancer-related fatigue.It obtains a high evaluation of nursing care and is worthy of further promotion and application.
