Objective To explore the effect of demand-oriented downward systematic nursing on the comfort of patients with hysteromyoma after minimally invasive surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent minimally invasive surgery for hysteromyoma in our hospital from 2021 to 2022,including 30 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy and 30 cases of hysteroscopy.According to the digital table method, the patients were divided into the control group and the study group, with 30 cases each. All patients were managed by systematic nursing, and those in the study group were additionally treated with demand-oriented downward systematic nursing. The negative emotion(the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale[SAS],the Self-Rating Depression Scale[SDS]),pain(the Visual Analogue Scale[VAS]),sleep time, comfort(physiology, psychology, environment),recovery(postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time, first exhaust time, length of stay),patient's satisfaction rate and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the SAS,SDS and VAS scores, and recovery in the two groups significantly decreased, while the sleep time, physiology, psychology and environment scores significantly increased(P<0.05),which were significantly pronounced in the study group than those of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the overall incidence of complications was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of demand-oriented downward system nursing for patients with hysteromyoma after minimally invasive surgery can help improve the comfort, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical work.
