Effect of"network medium plus exercise"intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention
Objective This study sought to explore the effect of"network medium plus exercise"intervention on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Eligible patients with PCI in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group and control group by a ratio of 1∶1,with 45 cases per group.Routine postoperative care was performed in both groups, and the"network medium plus exercise"intervention was additionally given to the observation group.Postoperative rehabilitation compliance, cardiac function, exercise tolerance and quality of life between two groups were compared. Results The rate of postoperative rehabilitation compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),peak oxygen uptake(Peak VO2),peak oxygen pulse(peak O2 pulse),anaerobic threshold(AT),peak metabolic equivalent(peak MET)and the scores of the Chinese Questionnaire of Quality of Life in Patients with Cardiovascular Disease(CQQC)in patients in the observation group after the intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter(LVEDd)was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of"network medium plus exercise"intervention among patients with PCI can effectively improve rehabilitation compliance, cardiac function, exercise tolerance, and the quality of life, which is recommended for clinical application.
