Effect of comprehensive in-hospital interventions on psychological elasticity and quality of life in patients with acute pancreatitis
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive in-hospital interventions on psychological elasticity and quality of life in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 84 patients with acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from November 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group(conventional interventions)and observation group(comprehensive in-hospital interventions),with 42 cases in each group.Recovery of gastrointestinal function, changes in psychological elasticity, treatment compliance and quality of life were compared. Results The recovery of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the psychological elasticity score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the psychological elasticity score in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(90.48%vs 71.43%,P<0.05).The quality of life scores of material life, physical health, social function and psychological state in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive in-hospital interventions can effectively improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients with acute pancreatitis.
