Effect of risk management combined with detailed interventions on the complications and clinical intervention service quality of pulmonary tuberculosis patients managed by bedside bronchoscopy
Objective To explore the impact of risk management combined with detailed interventions on the complications and clinical intervention service quality of pulmonary tuberculosis patients managed by bedside bronchoscopy. Methods A total of 80 pulmonary tuberculosis patients managed by bedside bronchoscopy in our hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group(conventional intervention)and observation group(risk management combined with detailed interventions),with 40 cases in each group.Intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of clinical intervention service quality, including nursing skills, medical record writing, health education and service attitude were significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the quality of life, including the material life, physical health, social function and psychological state in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of the Evaluation of Self-Care Ability Scale(ESCA)in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For pulmonary tuberculosis patients managed by bedside bronchoscopy, risk management combined with detailed interventions can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of clinical intervention service.
