摘要
细胞因子是一类非常重要的物质,有着诱导疾病发生和免疫调节两种不同的作用.经过长时间的科学研究,可将细胞因子分为六大类,分别为趋化因子类、白介素类、肿瘤坏死因子类、集落刺激因子类、干扰素类、生长因子类.每一类因子都有其独特的结构和功能.本文主要是讨论细胞因子和肿瘤的联系,主要致力于细胞因子在肿瘤发病和治疗的作用.
Abstract
Cytokines are a very important substance,with two different roles in inducing disease occurrence and immune regulation.After long-term scientific research,cytokines can be divided into six categories,including chemokines,interleukins,tumor necrosis factors,colony stimulating factors,interferons and growth factors.Each class of cytokines has its own unique structure and function.This paper mainly discusses the correlation between cytokines and tumors,and mainly describes the role of cytokines in tumor pathogenesis and anti-tumor therapy.
