Objective To explore the application effect of the reform of competency-oriented clinical practice rotation mode by combining the examination requirements of the national medical practitioner examination and National College Students Medical Technology Skills Competition for college students.Methods Ninety interns each of the 2017 grade"5+3"integrated pediatrics and clinical specialty of clinical medicine were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=90)and the control group(n=90).The experimental group adopted the adjusted practice rotation plan,and the control group adopted the traditional practice rotation plan.Statistical comparisons were made using the comprehensive evaluation scores,personal comprehensive ability,self-transcendence,career aspirations,and teaching satisfaction scales.Results The experimental group presented significantly higher comprehensive assessment,personal comprehensive ability,job competence,self-transcendence,career aspiration,and teaching satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The reform of the internship mode is conducive to promoting the overall quality of medical students,improving their learning environment,stimulating their interest and initiative in clinical learning,enhancing their clinical practice ability,and increasing their satisfaction.At the same time,it will improve the pass rate of the national medical practitioner examination,and cultivate excellent players for the National College Students Medical Technology Skills Competition,which is worthy of further exploration,popularization and application.
