Objective To study the effect of special nursing sensitive index intervention on the cleanliness and satisfaction of intestinal readiness. Methods A total of 97 patients who received colonoscopy from January 2021 to June 2022 were included as research objects. They were randomly divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=49).Patients in the control group were managed by routine nursing intervention, and those in the observation group were treated with specialized nursing sensitive index intervention. The intestinal preparation compliance and cleanliness of the two groups were compared. The incidence of adverse reactions and events during the peri-examination period of intestinal examination was analyzed, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results The compliance of intestinal preparation, qualified rate of intestinal preparation under the naked eye, total score of intestinal preparation cleanliness under the microscope and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of adverse reactions and events during the peri-examination period of intestinal examination was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The special nursing sensitive index intervention in patients undergoing colonoscopy can improve their compliance with intestinal preparation and quality of intestinal preparation, and reduce the occurrence of adverse events of colonoscopy preparation and examination, thus ensuring the smooth implementation of colonoscopy with a high patient's satisfaction.
