Objective To explore the application effect of the RCGL comprehensive restraint graded management on the management of intensive care unit(ICU)patients. Methods A total of 100 patients who were hospitalized in the ICU of our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the odd-even order of admission.Patients in the control group were given the conventional physical restraint program, and those in the observation group were given the RCGL comprehensive restraint graded nursing model. Results The physical restraint time in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction was significantly higher(P<0.05).The nursing operation, document writing, sedative care, and restraint protection scores of the nursing team before the implementation of the plan were 71.30±5.09,79.60±3.89,80.25±2.95,and 77.80±4.47 points, respectively. After the implementation of the plan, they increased to 90.70±5.20,86.20±3.76,87.65±3.15,and 91.95±3.86 points, respectively. Conclusion The RCGL comprehensive restraint graded management applied to ICU patients effectively lowers the patient restraint rate and shortens the restraint time, which effectively improves the satisfaction of patients'families.
