Objective To analyze the application of hierarchical training management mode in operating room nursing risk management.Methods From January to December 2022,fifty operating room nursing risk management personnel were recruited.From January to June 2022,the hierarchical management training model had not been carried out.The hierarchical management training model was conducted from July to December 2022.Before and after stratified training,the quality of operating room nursing care,the awareness of potential safety hazards of nursing staff,the professional assessment scores,the physician satisfaction rate,and the nursing satisfaction rate were compared.Results After the hierarchical training management,the each dimension scores and total scores of operating skills,operating room management,operation cooperation,safety hazard awareness,risk awareness,safety hazard management attitude,nursing document writing,professional knowledge and total score were significantly higher than those before the hierarchical training management(P<0.05).After the hierarchical training management,the satisfaction rate of the patients,the doctors and the nursing staff were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the hierarchical training management mode in operating room risk management can effectively improve the quality of nursing in the operating room and the awareness of potential safety hazards of nursing staff.
