Effect of clinical intervention implementation on perioperative safety management and postoperative rehabilitation in patients with lung cancer surgery:Based on NNN linkage concept
Objective To explore the clinical practice of the effect of clinical intervention implementation on perioperative safety management and postoperative rehabilitation in patients with lung cancer surgery based on the concept of NNN(NANDA-NOC-NIC)linkage.Methods A total of 76 patients with lung cancer underwent surgery from September 2020 to November 2022 were taken as the study subjects, and the groups were set up according to the segmented randomization group method, the reference group(n=38)was given specialized clinical intervention in the perioperative period, and the study group(n=38)was given clinical intervention based on the NNN linkage concept. The differences were compared among distress scores for Lung Cancer, mental toughness score, postoperative respiratory function index, postoperative clinical rehabilitation index, postoperative coagulation index, and surgical complication rate of patients under different perioperative clinical interventions. Results At 7 days after operation, the study group had significantly decreased the MD Anderson Symptom Inventory-Lung Cancer(MDASI-LC)score and significantly increased the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)score compared with the reference group(P<0.05).At 7 days after operation, the study group had significantly elevated tidal volum(TV),minute ventilation(MV)and partial pressure of blood oxygen(PaO2),and significantly reduced postoperative thoracic drainage, indwelling time of chest tube, mechanical ventilation time, treatment time of Intensive Care Unit(ICU)and hospitalization time compared with the reference group(P<0.05).At 7 days after operation, there was no significant difference in thrombin(TT)index between groups(P>0.05).At 7 days after operation, the study group had significantly down-regulated platelet(PLT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),D-dimer(DD),surgical complications(5.26%)compared with the reference group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clinical intervention based on the NNN linkage concept can actively improve the clinical impact of perioperative lung cancer symptoms, assist patients to achieve rapid recovery of postoperative lung function, and reduce the risk of surgery-related complications.
