Effects of systematic intervention on parents'disease knowledge, liver function, growth and development of children with liver injury
Objective To explore the effects of systematic intervention on parents'disease knowledge, liver function, growth and development of children with liver injury. Methods One hundred children with liver injury admitted to Hebei Children's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomized 1∶1 to receive either routine nursing(the control group)or systematic intervention(the observation group). The mastery of family disease knowledge, liver function, and growth and development of children in the two groups were compared for evaluating the effectiveness of systematic intervention model. Results After intervention, the score of parents'disease knowledge of liver injury, gross motor, fine motor and developmental quotient in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase(γ-GT)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention,(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in measurement results of social function, physical disease and other scales between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention, which in the observation group was more pronounced(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of systematic intervention mode in the nursing of children with liver injury can help to improve the mastery of parents'disease knowledge, promote the growth and development of children, improve their liver function and the quality of life, and it is worth promoting.
