Effect of flat responsibility nursing on postoperative complications and rehabilitation of patients with uterine fibroids treated with minimally invasive interventions
Objective To explore the effect of flat responsibility nursing on postoperative complications and rehabilitation of patients with uterine fibroids treated with minimally invasive interventions. Methods A total of 90 patients with uterine fibroids treated with minimally invasive interventional catheter embolization from May 2020 to March 2021 were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and study group, with 45 cases per group.Conventional nursing was applied to patients in the control group, and flat responsibility nursing was applied to those of the study group.Nursing outcomes were compared between groups. Results Intestinal peristalsis time([14.41±0.18]h)and anal exhaust time([31.25±1.45]h)in the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the incidence of urinary retention 1 month after intervention was significantly lower in the study group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(15.56%[7/45]vs 35.56%[16/45],P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of quality of life before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05),which,after nursing, was significantly better in the study group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of minimally invasive interventional catheter embolization for patients with uterine fibroids, the auxiliary flat responsibility nursing can promote the recovery of postoperative digestive function, improve the urination and quality of life, and reduce the possibility of complications with an obvious nursing effect.
