Objective To investigate the effect of collaborative intervention model on the emotional status and family caregiving ability of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 60 cases of spinal cord injury admitted to the Laibin City People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from From July 2021 to July 2022 were recruited and divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n= 30).Patients in the control group received conventional care,and patients in the observation group received a collaborative intervention model.The emotional status scores,family caregiving ability scores,symptom scores,and quality of life scores were assessed.Results After the intervention,the scores of the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),Family Caregiving Competence Inventory(FCTI),American Spinal Injury Association(ASIA),visual analog scale(VAS),and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05),whereas the general quality of life interview(GQOLI)scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The collaborative intervention model has good effect in patients with spinal cord injury,which can improve patients'bad mood,increase family caregiving ability,improve various symptoms and quality of life of the patients.
