Objective To analyze the mental state and emotion changes of family members of children with replantation of severed fingers and their influencing factors.Methods Eighty family members of children with replantation of severed fingers in our hospital were selected From May 2012 to December 2022 were as subjects for collecting their demographic characteristics.The questionnaire survey were performed in the family members by using the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)scale and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC).Multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors for adverse psychological reactions.Results After excluding 6 subjects with incomplete information,there were 31 of good mental mood and 43 of poor mental mood among the remaining 74 family members.The each dimension score and total score of depression,anxiety,hostility,and fear of family members of children were significantly higher than those of the Chinese norms(P<0.05).Whether only child,education background,marital status,mental toughness,psychological optimism and monthly income per person were correlated with the mental emotion of family members(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed the only child,family members with special secondary or below educational background,single/divorced families were risk factors for poor mental emotion(P<0.05).While Monthly income per person>5000 yuan,mental toughness>39 points and psychological optimism>12 points were protective factors for mental emotion of family members(P<0.05).Conclusion Poor mental mood and high negative emotions are relatively common in family members of children with replantation of severed fingers.Clinically,it is necessary to pay enough attention to them and take corresponding measures focusing on relevant influencing factors,for timely alleviating negative emotions and improving their mental status.
