Objective To analyze the effect of interactive health education on compliance of rehabilitation exercise in postoperative intervention of lower limb fractures in children. Methods A total of 90 children hospitalized in the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 for lower limb fracture surgery were randomly divided into conventional group and observation group, with 45 cases per group.Patients in both groups were given routine postoperative rehabilitation nursing, and those in the observation group were additionally given interactive health education. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score, the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score, the Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)score, rehabilitation exercise compliance, total complication rate and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The HAMA score,HAMD score and NRS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group after nursing(P<0.05).The compliance of rehabilitation exercise in the observation group was significantly higher than that of conventional group(93.33%vs 73.33%,P<0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that of conventional group(2.22%vs 17.78%,P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that of conventional group(93.33%vs 66.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion The interactive health education can effectively reduce anxiety, depression and other adverse emotions and pain in children with lower limb fracture, improve compliance with rehabilitation exercise, reduce the incidence of complications, and win family recognition and approval, which has certain reference value.
