摘要
目的 研究积极元素集成应用法对脑卒中患者压疮预防的效果.方法 选择 2021 年 7 月至 2023 年 6月救治的脑卒中患者 168 例为观察样本,以随机数字表法分为试验组(n=82 例)和对照组(n=86 例),对照组遵脑卒中压疮预防常规护理模式施护,试验组接受压疮预防积极元素集成应用法干预,观察2 组干预后的家属压疮防护知信行评分、压疮发生率、家属压疮防护满意度.结果 试验组家属压疮防护知信行评分高于对照组,压疮发生率低于对照组,压疮防护满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 以积极元素集成应用法对脑卒中患者开展压疮防护干预,利于提升家属的压疮防护知信行水准,减低压疮发生率,深得脑卒中患者家属压疮防护认可.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of positive nursing elements integrated intervention on pressure ulcer prevention in stroke patients.Methods From July 2021 to June 2023,totally 168 stroke patients treated in our hospital were recruited,they were randomly assigned into the control group(n=82)and the experimental group(n= 86),in which they received conventional nursing and positive nursing elements integrated intervention,respectively.The aim was to compare the score of knowledge,attitude,and practice of pressure ulcer prevention,the incidence of pressure ulcers,the satisfaction of pressure ulcer prevention.Results The family members of the experimental group had significantly higher score of knowledge,attitude,and practice of pressure ulcer prevention than those in the control group(P<0.05).The family members of experimental group presented significantly lower incidence of pressure ulcers,and significantly higher satisfaction of pressure ulcer prevention than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The positive nursing elements integrated intervention for pressure ulcer prevention in stroke patients can improve the family members'knowledge,attitude,and practice of pressure ulcer prevention,reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers,and with high family members'satisfaction of pressure ulcer prevention.
