Objective To explore the effect of one-stop treatment nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke and its influence on their living ability. Methods A total of 120 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomized 1∶1 into the two groups, which in the control group and the observation group received routine nursing and one-stop treatment nursing, respectively. The changes in the physical indicators on emergency, therapeutic effect, neurological function, activities of daily living and quality of life were assessed. Results After nursing, the patients in the observation group had significantly shorter duration of visiting,CT examination, getting drug, blood collection, and DNT(door-to-needle time)than those of the control group(P<0.05),and significantly higher DNT reaching standard rate and treatment effect than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Barthel index in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of The 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ischemic stroke,one-stop treatment nursing can increase the speed of emergency treatment, improve the effect of treatment, and improve the neurological function and ability of daily living, make it obtain good quality of life level.
