医用臭氧及曲安奈德、玻璃酸钠对膝退行性骨关节炎患者症状改善及镇痛的影响

摘要
目的 研究医用臭氧与曲安奈德、玻璃酸钠对膝退行性骨关节炎(KDOA)患者的症状和镇痛的效果.方法 选择2021年4月至2022年3月收治的90例KDOA患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例.观察组实施医用臭氧和曲安奈德、玻璃酸钠治疗,对照组予以曲安奈德以及玻璃酸钠,2组均治疗1个月.比较治疗前后的VAS、WOMAC和Lysholmp评分以及临床疗效.结果 治疗1周后,2组VAS评分均有所下降(P＜0.05),且观察组VAS评分较对照组低(P＜0.05).治疗1个月后,2组VAS和WOMAC评分再次降低(P＜0.05),观察组VAS评分同样明显较对照组低(P＜0.05)o 2组Lysholm评分均有明显提升(P＜0.05),且观察组较对照组更显著(P＜0.05).观察组治疗1个月后的总有效率为91.11％,对照组为75.56％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 将医用臭氧和玻璃酸钠,以及曲安奈德的综合疗法应用于KDOA患者中的效果显著,尤其是在改善功能状态和疼痛症状等方面有独特优势.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of medical ozone combined with triamcinolone acetonide and sodium hyaluronate on alleviating symptoms of knee degenerative osteoarthritis(KDOA)and the analgesic effect.Methods A total of 90 KDOA patients admitted from April 2021 to March 2022 were recruited,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.Triamcinolone acetonide and sodium hyaluronate were given to all patients,and medical ozone was additionally applied to patients of the observation group.The treatment period of the two groups was 1 month.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,the Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)and the Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale scores before and after treatment,as well as the clinical efficacy were compared.Results The VAS score at 1 week of treatment decreased in both groups,which was significantly lower in the observation group than that of control group(P＜0.05).The VAS score at 1 month of treatment further decreased in both groups,which was significantly lower in the observation group than that of control group(P＜0.05).The Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale scores after treatment were significantly elevated in both groups,which were significantly higher in the observation group than those of control group(P＜0.05).The WOMAC after treatment was significantly reduced in both groups,which was significantly lower in the observation group than that of control group(P＜0.05).The overall effective rate at 1 month of treatment was significantly higher in the observation group than that of control group(91.11％vs 75.56％,P＜0.05).Conclusion The medical ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate and triamcinolone acetonide has a remarkable efficacy on KDOA,especially with unique advantages in improving functional status and pain symptoms.
