摘要
上皮性卵巢癌由几种不同的组织学亚型构成,其中最常见的是高级别浆液性卵巢癌,约占侵袭性上皮性卵巢癌的70％.近年研究发现该疾病可能源自输卵管分泌上皮.配对盒基因PAX8是谱系特异的转录因子相关基因,在输卵管正常发育过程中发挥重要作用,同时可通过多种途径参与上皮性卵巢癌的发生.越来越多研究者认为PAX8基因与肿瘤细胞迁移、侵袭、增殖、细胞存活、干细胞维持相关,但其在卵巢癌中的具体作用机制仍不明确.因此,研究PAX8基因在上皮性卵巢癌中表达的特点及作用机制,可能为该型卵巢癌寻找有效的肿瘤标志物,进而为卵巢癌的诊断、预后及治疗等提供新思路.
Abstract
Epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC)is consists of several different histological subtypes,in which high-grade serous ovarian cancer is the most common,accounting for approximately 70％of invasive EOC.Recent studies have found that the disease is likely to originate from the fallopian tube secretory epithelium.The paired box gene 8(PAX8)is a gene related of lineage-specific transcription factor that plays an important role in the normal development of the fallopian tube,in addition,participating in EOC through a variety of ways.Although more researchers believe that PAX8 gene is related to tumor cell migration,invasion,proliferation,cell survival,stem cell maintenance,the specific mechanism of PAX8 in EOC is unknown.Therefore,studying the characteristics and mechanism of PAX8 gene expression in EOC may find effective tumor markers for this type of ovarian cancer,and provide new ideas for the diagnosis,prognosis and treatment of EOC.
