Clinical effect of integrated service mode of medical care in brain injury and its influence on the level of psychological resilience of patients
Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated service mode of medical care in brain injury and its influence on the level of psychological resilience of patients. Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,totally 96 patients with brain injury admitted to Department of Neurosurgery, the Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang were recruited in the study. They were randomized 1∶1 to receive routine intervention(the control group,n=48)or integrated service mode of medical care(the observation group,n=48).The level of psychological resilience, hope, quality of life, adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of the Chinese version of Connor-Davidson Resilience scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Herth Hope Index(HHI)and quality of life of both groups after intervention were significantly higher than before intervention, and the improvements in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(4.17%vs 20.83%,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated service mode of medical care in brain injury can effectively improve the level of psychological resilience and hope of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the patients.
