Effect of disease-specific integration nursing on cardiopulmonary function and prognosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with coronary heart disease
Objective To explore the effect of disease-specific integration nursing on cardiopulmonary function and prognosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods From March 2021 to September 2022,totally 96 COPD patients with CHD were randomly assigned to the control group(n=48)and the observation group(n=48),in which they received conventional nursing and disease-specific integration nursing, respectively.A 3-month follow-up was performed after discharge, aiming to compare pulmonary function(maximum mid-expiratory flow[MMEF],forced vital capacity[FVC],peak expiratory flow[PEF],forced expiratory volume in one second[FEV1]),cardiac function(brain natriuretic peptide[BNP],6-min walking distance[6MWD]),quality of life score before intervention and 3 months after intervention. The nursing satisfactory degree was assessed. Results The nursing satisfactory degree was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Significantly decreased MMEF and BNP,and significantly increased FVC,PEF,FEV1,6MWD were found in the two groups than those before intervention(all P<0.05),and the different was significant between groups for the above indexes(all P<0.05).Significantly increased scores of quality of life, social adaptability, psychological dimension, biological dimension were detected in the two groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group for scores of quality of life, social adaptability, psychological dimension, biological dimension(P<0.05).Conclusion For COPD patients with CHD,disease-specific integration nursing can effectively improve cardiopulmonary function, nursing satisfaction and prognostic quality of life, and with certain clinical application value.
