神经肌肉电刺激联合本体感觉训练治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的疗效研究

目的 探讨神经肌肉电刺激联合本体感觉训练治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)的应用效果.方法 采用前瞻性随机对照分析,纳入2021 年1 月至2023 年3 月收治的93 例AIS患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=46).对照组采用本体感觉训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合神经肌肉电刺激,2 组均连续治疗 12 周.比较 2 组治疗后临床疗效、Cobb 角、顶椎椎体旋转度、顶椎偏距.结果 观察组总有效率为97.87%明显高于对照组的 82.61%(P<0.05);2 组治疗 12 周后Cobb角明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2 组治疗 12 周后顶椎旋转度明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2 组治疗 12 周后顶椎偏距明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 神经肌肉电刺激联合本体感觉训练治疗AIS临床效果显著,可明显改善患儿Cobb角、顶椎旋转度及顶椎偏距.
Objective To explore the application effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES)combined with proprioception training in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS).Methods This study used a prospective randomized controlled analysis including 93 children with AIS admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group(n=47)and the control group(n=46)based on a random number table.All children were treated with proprioception training,and those in the observation group were additionally treated with NMES.Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,Cobb angle,apical vertebral rotation and apical vertebral deviation were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(97.87%vs 82.61%,P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the significantly lower Cobb angle,apical vertebral rotation and apical vertebral deviation were detected in both groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the decreased was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion NMES combined with proprioception training has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of AIS,which can significantly improve the Cobb angle,apical vertebral rotation and apical vertebral deviation.
