摘要
目的 探讨青少年非自杀性自伤患者治疗中认知行为干预的应用效果.方法 选择 2022 年 2 月至2023 年1 月收治的青少年非自杀性自伤患者92 例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组46 例.对照组采用传统护理,研究组强化认知行为干预,比较干预后患者情绪及行为状态.结果 干预前,2 组PANAS情绪差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组 PANAS 情绪量表中正性情绪评分高于对照组,负性情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05).干预前,2 组HAMD、HAMA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组HAMD、HAMA评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).干预前,2 组非自杀性自伤行为问卷调查评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组非自杀性自伤行为评分低于对照组(P<0.05).干预前,2 组非自杀性自伤功能问卷调查评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组非自杀性自伤功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 青少年非自杀性自伤患者治疗中认知行为干预的强化可有效改善患者的负面情绪,帮助其养成积极乐观的心态,规范自身行为,保障健康生活.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of intensified cognitive behavioral intervention for adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI).Methods A total of eligible 92 adolescents with NSSI who admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were recruited.They were randomized 1∶1 to control group(traditional nursing intervention)or study group(intensified cognitive behavioral intervention).The aim was to compare the emotional and behavioral states of patients after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,the difference was not statistically significant in the positive emotion and negative emotion scores of Positive and Negative Affect Schedule(PANAS)scale between groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,significantly higher positive emotion score of PANAS scale,and lower negative emotion score of PANAS scale were found in study group than those of control group(P<0.05).None of the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)scores differed significantly between groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,HAMA and HAMD scores in study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the difference was not statistically significant in the score of Adolescent Non-suicidal-self-injury(NSSI)Behavior Function Assessment Scale(ANBFAS)between groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,significantly lower behavior score of ANBFAS,and higher function score of ANBFAS were found in study group than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intensified cognitive behavioral intervention in adolescents with NSSI can effectively improve negative emotions,contribute to develop a positive and optimistic attitude,regulate their own behavior,and ensure a healthy life.
