Objective To explore and analyze the impact of continuous intervention on quality of life, sleep quality, and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)score in patients with aortic dissection. Methods A total of 119 patients with aortic dissection admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into a control group(routine nursing model,n=59)and an observation group(continuous nursing intervention model,n=59)by a random number table. The general data(gender, age,Stanford classification, systolic blood pressure at visit, history of hypertension),the 100-item World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment(WHOQOL-100),and the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90-R).Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were included as comparators between groups before and after intervention. Results The quality of life score at 1 month and 3 months after the intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SCL-90 and PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can effectively improve the quality of life, sleep quality, and SCL-90 score in patients with aortic dissection, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
