消化系统疾病是临床常见病、多发病,具有发病率高、病因复杂、病程反复的特点.白介素 22(IL-22)于2000 年被发现,目前已被确定在胃肠道、胰腺、肝脏等消化系统疾病中具有关键性作用.本综述通过阐述IL-22 在各类消化系统疾病中的作用及IL-22 参与消化道黏膜修复、与肠道微生物的关系,总结IL-22 在消化系统疾病中的研究进展.
Digestive system disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinical practice,which is characterized by high incidence,complex etiology and repeated course of disease.Interleukin-22(IL-22)was discovered in 2000 and has been identified to have a key role in digestive system diseases such as gastrointestinal tract,pancreas,and liver.This review summarizes the research progress of IL-22 in digestive system diseases by elaborating the role of IL-22 in various digestive system diseases and the relationship between IL-22 involved in digestive tract mucosal repair and intestinal microorganisms.
