Effects of comprehensive nursing on psychological stress response and treatment compliance of female patients with vulvar sclerosing moss managed by focused ultrasound
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on psychological stress response and treatment compliance of female patients with vulvar sclerosing moss managed by focused ultrasound.Methods A total of 50 female patients with vulvine hardened moss managed by focused ultrasound were recruited.They were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing)and observation group(comprehensive nursing),with 25 cases per group.Symptom improvement scores,psychological stress reactions and treatment compliance were compared between groups.Results After 1 month of intervention,scores of skin itching,sexual pain,cracked vulva and vulva color change in the both groups were significantly reduced than those before interventions(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).Scores of psychological stress response(anxiety and depression scores)in the both groups were significantly reduced than those before interventions(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the scores of disease cognition,process cognition and risk cognition in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing effectively relieves psychological stress and enhances treatment compliance in female patients with vulvar sclerosing moss managed by focused ultrasound,which favors the relief of clinical symptoms and protection of the physical and mental health in women.
