Objective To explore the influencing factors of blood sugar control in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in community,especially the value of dynamic blood sugar monitoring system,by using the machine learning and its algorithm.Methods A total of 94 T2DM patients were selected from 4 communities in Zhangjiakou from June 2021 to July 2022.Their blood sugar levels were recorded.Baseline data of the patients were collected through the research.The blood sugar levels were classified by using the automatic box analysis.The effective strong association rules between baseline data in the interest level blood sugar patients were analyzed by using the association rule method.Results The blood sugar levels of the patients could be divided into three categories.The lowest level was set as the interest category.There were 5 effective strong association rules,including"Reasonable blood sugar control drug compatibility:Yes","Dynamic blood sugar monitoring system:Application","Reasonable dietary compatibility:Yes","Timely detection,reporting,and disposal of adverse events:Yes".They were all influencing factors for the lowest blood sugar level.Among them,the application of a dynamic blood sugar monitoring system was the most important for reducing blood sugar levels.Conclusion The influencing factors of controlling T2DM among the elderly in the community mined by machine learning algorithm have certain value and significance.The application of a dynamic sugar monitoring system is worth popularizing and popularizing.
