Objective To investigate the correlation between apoptosis of decidual interstitial cell and inflammatory signal following group B Streptococcus(GBS)exposure. Methods One hundred pregnant women visited the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of Baoding No.2 Central Hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were divided into preterm delivery group(n=27)and full-term natural labor group(n=73).The vaginal swabs and decidual stromal tissues were collected for the detection for the positive rate of GBS,the apoptosis value of decidual stromal cells, the levels of serum inflammatory factors, the messenger RNA(mRNA)expression of NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)/Caspase-1,OX40/OX40L,and programmed cell death protein 1/programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-1/PD-L1)pathway.Moreover the correlation between apoptosis of decidual stromal cell and inflammation signal after GBS exposure was analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the mRNA expressions of NLRP3/caspase-1,OX40/OX40L,PD-1/PD-L1 pathway between groups(P<0.05).The positive rate of GBS(37.04%vs9.59%)and the apoptosis value of decidual stromal cells(46.73±4.92 vs 6.03±2.04)in preterm delivery group were significant higher those of full-term natural labor groups(P<0.05).The levels of serum inflammatory factors in premature delivery group were significantly higher than those of full-term natural labor group, and which in the pregnant women with apoptosis of decidual interstitial cell were significantly higher than those without apoptosis of decidual interstitial cell(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between apoptosis of decidual interstitial cell and inflammatory signals following GBS exposure, and the apoptosis of decidual interstitial cell may result in a increase of inflammatory factors levels.
