Objective To explore the effect of Tanreqing combined with nibbling debridement on wound healing in patients with diabetic foot, and understand its economic cost. Methods From August 2015 to December 2021,a total of 1100 patients with diabetic foot visited in the No.4 People's Hospital of Hengshui were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the reference group and the observation group by parity number. All patients were managed with nibbling debridement and conventional care, those in the observation group were additionally treated with Tanreqing injection. The treatment indicators, economic value, clinical efficacy, wound secretions, recurrence rate were evaluated between groups. Results The wound healing time, antibiotic use time, hospitalization time, and dressing change times in the observation group were significantly better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, but the recurrence rate was significantly lower(P<0.05).The positive rate of wound secretion culture in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05);the economic cost of the observation group was higher than the reference group, cost savings of 19.5%versus the observation group. Conclusion Tanreqing combined with nibbling debridement has a high economic value in the wound repair of diabetic foot disease, which has significant clinical effect, can accelerate the wound healing speed, reduce the recurrence rate and the use of antibiotics, and protect the health of patients.
