基于PPRR理论的精神专科医院传染病防控能力评价指标体系构建

摘要
目的 构建精神专科医院传染病防控能力评价指标,为提升精神专科医院传染病防控能力建设提供参考依据.方法 基于PPRR危机管理理论,综合运用文献法、半结构式访谈法、德尔菲法、层次分析法构建精神专科医院传染病防控能力评价指标体系.结果 经过 2 轮专家函询,专家咨询积极系数均为 100%,专家平均权威系数为0.88,协调系数较好,构建了一套包括 4 个一级指标,20 个二级指标,85 个三级指标的精神专科医院传染病防控能力评价指标体系,经层次法分析各级评价指标均符合一致性检验要求.结论 该评价指标体系有一定的科学性和可靠性,为精神专科医院传染病防控提供了可行性标准.
Abstract
Objective To establish an evaluation index of infectious diseases prevention and control ability in psychiatric hospitals,and to provide reference basis for improving the capacity of it.Methods Based on the prevention,preparedness,response,and recovery(PPRR)model,the evaluation index system of infectious diseases prevention and control ability in psychiatric hospitals was constructed using literature method,semi-structure interview method,Delphi technique,analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Results After two rounds of expert inquiry,the expert positive coefficient and the expert authority coefficient were 100%and 0.88,respectively,and with a good coordination coefficient.The evaluation index system for infectious diseases prevention and control ability of psychiatric hospitals was constructed with 4 first-tier indexes,20 second-tier indexes,and 85 third-tier indexes.AHP results showed that the evaluation indexes all met the requirements of the consistency test.Conclusion This evaluation index system provides feasible standards for the infectious diseases prevention and control ability in psychiatric hospitals,and with certain scientific validity and reliability.
